Terms and conditions:

By accepting a quote/agreeing* to use us as a transportation service provider, the client accepts our terms and conditions.

General:

Please kindly note that we are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or detachment of loosely fitted, unsecured, or inadequately wrapped parts or accessories during transport.

This includes (but is not limited to) items such as bike seats, panniers, number plates, mirrors, mudguards, fairings, windscreens, and any other removable or bolt-on components.

It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all parts, panels, and fittings are securely fastened, tightened, wrapped, and intact before collection. Any loose bolts, fittings, or attachments may cause parts to vibrate, flap in the wind, or sustain damage while in transit.

Our drivers do not carry mechanical tools and are not able to tighten, adjust, or refit any parts on behalf of the client. In addition, clients should clearly label and identify any separate or additional items such as keys, paperwork, or accessories to avoid confusion.

In addition, other loose items such as but not limited to panniers and helmets should be securely wrapped to protect them from being scratched.

By booking our service, the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions and agrees that the transport company will not be held liable for any damage or loss arising from pre-existing assembly issues, loose or unsecured parts, or insufficient wrapping.

Payment Policy:

We require a POP/Proof of Payment notification before dropping off the good/bike at its final destination.

Quotation and Prices:

We will always try and give accurate quotations. However, if the client leaves out information which affects the price, the quote is subject to change. For instance, motorcycles with panniers and extra parts undisclosed might need to be charged more or postponed due to space limitations. Please fully disclose all details pertaining to all the items and extras wanting to be transported to avoid any misunderstandings. Any Quotation or price is only valid for 30 days, thereafter the quotation could be subject to change due to inflation, yearly price increases or fuel increases.

 ‘Door to Door Service’: This means we can pick up and deliver from clients’ houses, workplaces or bike dealerships. However, this does not include destinations or locations which involve dirt roads or roads we cannot access with our vehicles and trailers. In this case we will, if feasible, try to meet the client at the closest accessible location. Moreover, any dangerous locations whereby theft and hijacking zones pose a great enough threat, we may reject to pick up or deliver to these areas as we are not willing to take this risk because our insurance does not cover these situations.

*Agreeing/agreement: May be verbal agreement in person or via telecommunications or agreement via WhatsApp or email.
